Dr. Ehssan Aljohani is an educator, leadership development professional, and organizational development practitioner with a background in organizational behavior, innovation, learning, and meaningful professional growth. Her work brings together reflective dialogue, leadership development, and practical organizational understanding to support individuals, leaders, and organizations navigating growth, transition, and change.
Her perspective is informed by over 16 years of living, studying, and working across international and multicultural environments. Dr. Ehssan holds a PhD in Management & Organizations with a focus on organizational behavior and innovation.
